this was covered in chocolate fondant and then i made what is supposed to be a gerbera daisy on the top out of fondant and a little royal icing. this was for a lady's 50 birthday. she just wanted flowers on top but i didn't want to do small individual ones so since she didn't care too much this is what i made. it was a cheesecake too, yummy.
