I used a book cake pan and a 9x13 cake under it. The bottom is buttercream frosting and the book, ribbon, seal, and flowers are fondant. I made the seal by writing it in yellow food marker then painting gold leaf on top. I looked at the RS seal and tried to copy it the best I could. The gold leaf paint helped "soften" it. This was my first attempt at a decorating a "real" cake!
