This was for my son's birthday - which fell during the 2010 Olympics! He was sooo into this event and it was a great 2 weeks of family bonding and quite the experience (for him) in being a proud Canadian! He is such a Star Wars fan that I still can't believe this is the cake he wanted. The top tier is a triple layer 6" round carved to look like a mountain (I had come across a pic of a groom's cake like this- sorry for not being able to name for credit), middle tier is 8" round in a topsy-turvy style, bottom is 10" round. All accents are fondant/gumpaste. Lots of fun!
