This is the second topsy turvy cake I have made. I am really happy how it turned out,however i think I need more work on the angles of the cakes when stacking them, the allusion just doesn't look right to me. Any suggests for the placement would be greatly appreciated. The jewels, swirls and writing are colored chocolate dusted with luster dust.
