Jaconde Decor Sides
This is my first attempt at a Jaconde cake. The decor sides are done with a paste, frozen, and then baked into the Jaconde. The cake on the interior is a Carrot Cake with Cheese Cake Mousse layers.
There's a lot I learned from doing it, for example - it makes a big mess! But it was fun, and I'll definitely do it again...I think.
