Chocolate buttercream with fondant accents. The guy wanted chocolate frosting, but wanted Gator colors (big fan). The cake was suppose to feed 100 people, but I used 3 - 1/4 sheets to put this together and iced a separate 1/4 for her to serve. This was the heavist cake I ever made. Golf clubs are gumpaste.
