My friend came back from a 6 month trip to Ecuador where she took care of Orphans. I asked what top 5 things reminded her of Ecuador and she said, Kids, Nuns, Ice cream, bed bugs, and poop. (long story) So i incorperated all of it in a cake. It was fun to make. MMF and buttercream.
