This is the cake I just finished for the owner of Kool Park Pool. They wanted a completely gluten free cake for him, it is his 75th birthday. Wanted the water slide (which is brown with blue sides) and some of the rock features that they have at the pool. Hard since I have never been there but took what she told me and tried to incorporate it the best I could. Umbrellas are made of fondant, slide is modeling chocolate and cake is marble with homemade gluten free butter cream. Sides are modeling chocolate and the rocks are chocolate rocks.

I have to admit the gluten free cake has amazing flavor, I was surprised!
