It was for a co-worker of my wife's who they joke with about collecting coupons for pop-tarts. He's a nurse. It's a MMF top with a basket weave boarder (sorry for the pic). The pop tarts are made from shortbread and royal icing with sprinkles. The cake is a yellow cake filled with chocolate buttercream and strawberries.
