The bridge is resting on a big blob of fondant. For the grass, I first piped random blobs of icing to give a hilly effect, then went over the whole thing with grass tip 233 using 2-toned green icing.

Cyndi, I used a border cutter to make the top. I think it's FMM, but I don't remember and didin't save the packaging.
