My employer fell in love with the gumpaste dragon I put on to a wedding cake last year, so her husband commissioned me to make her a 3D cake version for her birthday. Body & tail are chocolate buttercake filled with chocolate ganache and covered with fondant, everything else is gumpaste (apart from her wings which are made from Artista soft so they are very light). Lots of lustre dusts & disco sparkles for that fantasy feel! It it helps give some perspective, she's on a 14x10in board.
