This was a 3 tier topsy turvy cake for a Mardi Gras theme party. The cakes were vanilla butter cake with vanilla buttercream filling. The cakes were airbrushed and the decorations were made of gumpaste. The client brought the mask she wanted to be used as a cake topper. TFL
