This is a two-layer 8" round with buttercream. The roof is made from an old Christmas shopping bag I cut up and fluted. The poles are candy canes. The horses are plastic and I used an inverted plastic champagne cup to put in the middle. I used my Wilton cake-frosting-turntable on the bottom so the whole thing could revolve. Lots of work but fun!
