This cake was for my sister's birthday, when we got to her house I attached a letter "L" on top of the cake made of black fondant and gumpaste. The cake was red velvet with White Chocolate Truffle filling and cream cheese buttercream icing covered in MMF. Thanks CC for the ideas and assistance with my questions.
