This is the largest wedding cake that I have made. It is five tiers tall with the top, middle and bottom cakes being rum cake and the second and fourth made of chocolate Kalhua cake. The chocolate Kalhua turned out sooooo good. All are covered in white fondant with chocolate brown leaves and flowers vining up the front and back of the cake. There were 4 small round 6" cakes that surrounded it that were made of plain chocolate and yellow for those who didn't want the cake with alcohol. It had to travel 1.5 hours with this cake but it arrived intact. Size is 6", 8", 10", 12", 14" squares
