this cake about killed me. it was for a 3 year olds birthday. the flowers and butterflies are royal icing. the towers, windows and door are fondant , everything else is buttercream.( the prince and horse, and carriage are playmobile) to anyone thinking about doing a castle think about structure first. this cake had so many sticks, because the towers kept leaning, but the center cake was a dummy cake too. i had 24 hours in this cake.
