Dad's Casino Cake
This was for my dad's 60th bday. We had a huge surprise party with casino entertainment. The party was cocktail attire; so I wanted something that looked classy and this is what I came up with. I actually told my dad that I was making a wedding cake and assembled it right in front of him (without the casino decor of course). The cards, poker chips, and ribbon is all real; the plaque is made out of fondant. This is the first cake that I have been 100% happy with!

I forgot about the dice.... they are styrofoam covered in fondant!

Thank you, I just used a little bit of royal icing to hold the dice together. Suprisingly enough they were very stable.
oh .... i just read that the dice were styrofoam. I thought it was cake . Great job!
