Just a Practice cake. I baked a 9x13 red velvet cake & expanded the recipe using tips from http://tipnut.com/cake-baking-tips/ then cut out a 6, 4, 2.5 rounds. The roses are handmade out of fondant it was my first attemp at roses b/c I didn't want to go to hobby lobby and buy a flower making kit. I used a rounded star cutter & my fingers to make them.
