this was for a 5 year old girl who loved hannah montana! these are 8in, 6in, and 4in cake tiers. for the topper, i bought a birthday card and peeled off the plastic picture. then i taped toothpicks to the back and stuck it in the cake. the pic was holographic so depending on the angle your looking at it, it was either hannah or miley, and the colors just happened to match the color scheme of the party
