This cake was made in December 2008 for my aunts' 50th Birthday. I wanted to make a 'Holland' based cake so it was a red/white/blue theme. But hey: than it could make a great 4th of July cake as well off course. To make it more 'authenthic' Dutch I've made a tile in Delfts Blauw style saying '50'. The upper cake is a bit in Oilily dotted style.
