Deer are carved from modeling chocolate with antlers of bent floral wire wrapped with floral tape. Trees are candy clay while rocks are sugar and pond is fondant. It is covered with edible glitter on fondant with fondant snowflakes . If you look closely in the middle picture, you can see hoof prints. I made them with a notch cut into a pencil eraser. Cake is French vanilla sour cream with raspberry cream filling.
