Winter Wonderland Wedding Cake
18" 14" 10" and 6" hexagon shaped cakes cut from square cake pans. All are yellow cakes soaked in a kirshe simple syrup and filled with a homemade rasperry filling. The cakes are iced in a tiffany blue cream cheese icing. The snow flakes are cut from gumpaste using large cookie cutters and the accents were cut out using anything I could find around the bakery.
