I made this for a guy at work and was so disappointed in it as I had much higher expectations of myself for a better looking cake. They all loved it though so that is what counts. I can't expect too much from myself without proper training. It was a lemon cake with lemon filling, all buttercream with fondant accents. TFL and for any input.
