We had a Christmas Party pot luck at DH's work last week and this was my contribution. He gave me very little notice and this is what I came up with. The bottom tier is chocolate butter cake with chocolate peppermint filling. The top is butter cake with french vanilla filling. Both covered in mmf with mmf and buttercream accents. Oh, the border on the bottom tier is leftover marshmallows that I didn't use for the mmf. I wanted to make the bow myself, but I had already stayed up for nearly two days making it, and I just didn't have the time. It came out great though! Nobody wanted to cut the cake! LOL.
