One layer 12x18 sheet cake covered in buttercream stars (not sure why the customer wanted it that way, I guess to look like carpet, but it sure was a pain to do that many stars!). The bed is a 2 layer 7x11 cake covered in fondant. I just lightly rolled a cutter on the sheet to make the quilted look, because I don't have an impression mat or anything fancy that would have made it easier. I made a template for the headboard/footboard that I'll also include here. The characters are plastic figurines.
