I made an assortment of cookies for globalgatherings, and these are my favorites. I hand cut the cookies, which are approximately 5"x3". Lots of fun to decorate. My sons and I agree that they remind us of Dr. Suess....though that hadn't entered my mind when I designed them! Decorated with glace icing.
