this is the 'cake i didnt finish-post'. elmo cake for a friends grandaughters first birthday. chocolate cake w/milk chocolate, vanilla cake w/vanilla bean. 50/50 and RIT. didnt get to finish the cake ontime so the topper (a carved elmo-coming out of the cake) was left behind.- as well as some other decorations that never made it on the cake. luckily i had an extra RIT to put on the tiered cake. glad this cake is over. you can see my vent on a previous post.
