The snowman is made of Rice Krispie Treats, wrapped in fondant, then rolled in sugar crystals. His broom, hat, etc. are made of fondant as well. The cakes are 8" and 10" rounds, triple layered - orange pound cake, fudge ganache with cannoli filling. The snowflakes are chocolate molds that I filled with fondant and then hand cut, accented with sugar pearls.
