I threw this cake together the other night when the kids hit the sheets early! It is a butter yellow cake, with caramel soaked between layers. Filled with peanutbutter chocolate mouse, and iced in chocolate moose. it was soooooo yummy! Fillings and icing my own pell nell recipes.
