This is my first attempt at a carved cake. This is a groom's cake for a lady whose husband is from Argentina, where they drink Yerba Mate, a type of tea, out of the these small cups with metal straws. This cake is yellow cake with caramel filling (traditional combo in Argentina). Covered in MMF (also my first attempt). I am including a photo of an actual yerba mate cup.
