BC with Fondant hat and the rope on the sign is fondant. The sign is made from chocolate. This was a reproduction of a cake on the internet, with some variation. I used a hot dog bun with the middle cut out to make the shape of the top of the hat. When it dried enough to hold it's shape I took the bun out:)
