This was my first helmet cake I made for my nephew. It was made with a mini ball pan and two six inch cakes. The face mask was made with wire covered in fondant. The flavor was chocolate with oreo filling and mmf. This cake took me FOREVER and a day to make. At the end I was not completely satisfied but I learned a lot. The next one WILL be much better.
