This cake was for a friend's little girl's 4th birthday. Baked in a pampered chef bowl for dress & inserted the doll (wrapped legs in plastic wrap ~ the doll was part of her gift!) Buttercream icing on cakes with royal icing (pre-piped & dried) flowers and fondant covered dress with edible glitter accent.
