This is the first Fondant cake I have ever done ! I was soooo excited that it layed so nice on the cake ! My teacher was fabulous ! I am taking more classes with her for sure ! :) This was just a practice cake so I tried the fondant mat impression. I def need practice with that. I walked into work and the guys said, can we cut that? Even before i set it down ! Ha :) They love that I take classes . I am shooting for something bigger next time.
