Marissa wanted a cake that looked like sushi for her 14th birthday. Base of cake is yellow cake with fresh strawberry and Swiss Meringue buttercream filling and frosting...then covered in Fondant. the sushi pieces are made with various combinations of modeling chocolate, fondant, rice krispy treats, candy and white sprinkles.
