I made this cake for my Sister In Law for her Baby shower. It came out so great. I was really impressed with myself on this one. Each level of cake is a different flavor with different filling. All buttercream icing on outside. The Bear is a 3D character. The babies are hot glued to mint lifesavers and hung by ribbon to the base of the top layer. There are babies hot glued on horses and the drum layer has edible ducks and other plastic baby pieces (i.e rattles, pins, etc).
