This is a cake I did for my great nephew's birthday, he wanted a monster energy motorcross theme. A 10in vanilla cake with chot. cupcakes (there were cc's in all). The back ground panel was made from foam board, then cover in fondant with fondant cut outs placed on it. I use styro foam blocks, hot glue them to the back then glue to the cake board. The topper. motorcross bike was made from black candy melts, then some fondant for decorations, everything else was handmade from fondant/gumpaste. Toppers on cc's are paper printed cut outs.
