A 6" & 10" tiered wedding cake we just finished. The bride wanted fall colored roses, leaves and the groom was a musician. GP roses & music scrolls and edible chocolate leaves brushed with bronze luster dust. Chocolate and yellow cake with Bavarian cream filling. Whipped chocolate ganache frosting on one layer and whipped mocha ganache frosting on the other.
