My son ordered this cake as a gift to Hawaiian Arlines to show his appreciation for their wonderful servcice. He has a company in Maui as well as here in Kauai & flies to Maui for a few days each week.. 12" orange flavored triangle cake w/6" round on top. Chocolate caramel filling & orange BC frosting.with the exeption of deck chairs, umbrella & yacht, all decorations are made of white chocolate clay. The coral was made by pouring melted chocolate over crushed ice. My thanks to the person, wish I could remember her name, who came up with that wonderful idea.
