I made this for a friend who was hosting a baby shower. The mom-to-be wanted her mother's red velvet recipe... and I have never made a red velvet cake before!! After a few practice runs, I think I got it pretty close!! RV cake and elephant, cream cheese icing, fondant elephant parts and bow. Thanks for looking!
