This cake is a 12" vanilla cake with vanilla pudding filling and covered in buttercream. The cake was made for my cousins dad that just came to Miami to live from Cuba. I decided to make a little island of Cuba and Florida and also made a little plane that traveled from Cuba to Florida. I made the 90 mile to Cuba bouy and a palm tree with some tropical hibiscus flowers...plus a little welcome home sign. He loved his cake and I really enjoyed making it for him for such a special occasion. TFL
