Fondant with fondant accents. I love designing cakes like this. The "tent" on top was a bit of a challenge as the stacked 4" cakes I started with originally were not structurally sound. This one is from a tall cup cake. Covered in fondat while it was upside down, then did the top of the tent after the bottom of the tent had set up. For a 55th birthday party tonight.
