my first ice cream cake. brownie on the bottom vanilla ice cream and a layer of chocolate cake on top. iced in chocolate buttercream and cookies onthe sides. found the cookie idea in a magazine. oh i forgot to take the cake from the freezer and it was hard as a rock :-)
