Made for a lady celebrating her 100th birthday. The family had t-shirts made to resemble a family tree with oranges since she grew up near them. In keeping with the orange theme, the cake is a "pea-pickin" or mandarin orange cake. The main cake was covered in fondant so the layers were filled with the icing but buttercream on outside for smooth finish. The small cake resembled an orange. I also had 2 sheet cakes for backup servings. Yummy if I do say so myself!
