I made this for a friend's baby shower. I wanted to surprise her, so the design is based off her bedding for the nursery. It was an 8" round that was chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream and a 10" round that was white cake with buttercream filling. It was done in BC and the decorations were made from fondant. The booties and pacifier were made from gumpaste.
