Modeling chocolate lobsters, fondant seashells, red velvet cake and buttercream frosting with raspberry filling, brown sugar sand. My first groom's cake, one of my husband's best friends asked me to do this and their wedding cake, and we had to travel 8 hours in the car to the wedding.
