This was my first attempt at a 3 tier fondant covered cake. I was a litte disappointed with it, but my daughter loved it. So, I guess that is all that matters. It was made of dark chocolate fudge cake, dark chocolate buttercream icing under dark chocolate marshmallow fondant. This was also my first attempt at marshmallow fondant roses and drapes.
