This is a cake for a party with the UP theme. The strings coming out of the chimney were for the client to attach the balloons to. She then tied the string to the ribbon and threaded the ribbons from the balloon threw a pvc pipe in the chimney. The little boy this cake was for LOVED IT! Thank God! :O)
