I made this for a little guy who likes trucks & Elmo... so I figured I would just put Elmo in a tonka truck :) The cake is dark chocolate with oreo truffle filling. The bottom part and yellow cab of truck is cake covered in fondant. The bucket part of the truck is fondant. Rice cereal tires covered in fondant. Elmo is rice cereal covered in fondant. I then used buttercream and a grass tip to get the furry look. Oreo crumbs for the dirt. I thought it came out pretty cute... and the little guy LOVED it :)
