All edible - Ariel's tail is RKT and modeling chocolate covered in fondant the rest is fondant/tylose. Founder and Sebastian are fondant/tylose. The cake is chocolate cake with buttercream filling and covered with choco-pan fondant. The cake part is supposed to look like a rock. I really like this cake, but Ariel is not the greatest, need to work on her!! The water is piping gel tinted blue with food coloring.
